Occupational Health Services (OHS) will begin its flu program at this year’s Health Fair at 2 Broadway on November 15 and 16, 2007. No appointment is necessary.

Influenza vaccinations will be administered based on the first letter of your last name.  Please bring your pass for verification.  The schedule is as follows:

After the Health Fair, vaccination will be available at the Medical Assessment Centers (MAC) on a walk-in basis based on the following schedule.
